Some Advice

We all have a choice in our lives, not like we don't know this, but still we make decisions that are not in our best interest.  So here I go and you can take it or leave it.... Love yourself, let toxic things go.. people, food, places, thoughts, jobs whatever it is that is not adding to your life is onl taking away from it!!!
Today I made a FINAL decision to change my diet ( final for the 10th time).  Spoke to a new friend yesterday who said they needed to stop smoking for the last time, they have lung infections, asthma the whole nine.   I said just STOP it!!!! Easier said then done.  We all have struggles and things we must just stop. So remember to pray ask God for strength, hold on tight and don't let go till God blesses you...
